Grand Opening in 1908

The Cowtown Coliseum broke ground in 1907 and was completed in 1908, at a cost of $250,000. Looking at the size of the Coliseum in person, you will see the massive architectural undertaking that occured in that short a time frame.

Yes!

In addition to the great dining available throughout the Fort Worth Stockyards, the Cowtown Coliseum offers many delicious food and beverage options. BBQ sandwiches, Hotdogs, Corndogs, Hamburger, Nachos, Popcorn, Candy, cold Beer and a large selection of Coca-Cola products.

The Best Seats in the House!

The Box Seats are reserved seats that align the front two rows of the arena. They are the closest seats to the action. The VIP seats are for larger groups and are located above the Roping Boxes and offer tiered Pub-Style reserved seats for overhead view that is spectacular. The VIP section also has a full service bar, with Beer, Wine, and Liquor selection available.

Yes, Photography is allowed!

After you take your awesome photos, feel free to share them with everybody on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Tag #FWRODEO Who knows maybe your picture will show up on our website or win a fan favorite and get you free tickets!

Depends on the type of seating

If you are planning on sitting in the Box Seats or VIP section I would purchase my tickets in advance to make sure a seat is available. You are welcome to purchase your General admission tickets in advance as well, but you will not have a problem purchasing them in person at our box office.
